Dr Niko Kostopoulos and I are trying to undertake a Quad-wide health initiative based around preventative screening, then furthermore, treatment wherever possible of any acute or chronic conditions that may exist within the community. I bring this to you as it's my understanding you're in charge of the medical oversight within Lundegaard, so we wanted to reach out prior to efforts starting to 1) hopefully get your assistance in ensuring residents of the lumberyard are on board, and 2) make sure we're not stepping on any toes here as outsiders.

of course! wouldn't do us much good to keep all of this knowledge locked away, instead of sharing it with as many as can help as possible. know I've stated it before, but let me know if there's anyway I can further assist here, as well.

How exactly do you imagine these screenings and treatments to unfold? Do you mean to say that Prescott intends to distribute its medical resources to other communities or do you expect our people to travel to Prescott for appointments?

The plan is to come to each community and make as little fuss as possible while attempting to help as many as possible. There isn't necessarily going to be a redistribution of medical supplies, though we do have a large chunk of them set aside for specifically this endeavor. If treatment is required we will work with each community on a case-by-case basis, at least to start. Dr Kostopoulos and I will be doing the travelling, so no worries there.

I need to get one of y'all to teach me how to shoot a gun at something other than an old soda can.

Ah, well, if you are only intending to send Prescott personnel out to other communities, you do not need to waste your human resources on Lundegaard. I already conduct health screenings here with the resources that we do have. I will point those with chronic illness in need of medical intervention outside of my capabilities toward Prescott and let them know you are willing to treat them, but I can not promise they will go.

Hm It wouldn't be just human resources, especially as the hope is to get regular care for all, including better resource allocation once we can see what the different community's needs are. I can understand your hesitance, but assure we are not attempting to take away from the respect or relationships you've developed with your fellow members of Lundegaard. We simply want to compliment what you have been able to offer so far.
