Ah, well, if you are only intending to send Prescott personnel out to other communities, you do not need to waste your human resources on Lundegaard. I already conduct health screenings here with the resources that we do have. I will point those with chronic illness in need of medical intervention outside of my capabilities toward Prescott and let them know you are willing to treat them, but I can not promise they will go.

I can understand your hesitance, but assure we are not attempting to take away from the respect or relationships you've developed with your fellow members of Lundegaard. We simply want to compliment what you have been able to offer so far.

I can tell you now what my community needs: medical resources. We will gladly take what you have set aside for this project. What we don't need are compliments and redundancies.
