As of late, primarily better mediums for chemical weaponry given limitations in resources and equipment, mostly incendiaries. But also the production and improvement of a number of materials. Most of my work at the pharmaceutical company was in research and quality control for drugs and manufacturing things like sunscreens and cleansers. Intellectually uninspiring and different from my graduate work, but proving to be useful here. Having the space and repurposing distillation equipment has certainly been freeing.
[...] And no better example of why a Salon would be nice, I'll keep talking unless I'm stopped. I'd love to exchange philosophy, I'll talk to Niko.
Glad to hear you're alright - what does Lundegaard's housing situation look like? Do you have community housing in situations like this? Everyone at Whitney is safe, but a good deal of our storage is now waterlogged and the inventory a mess. We have thing well at hand, but still sorting through things, so damaged product are definitely up for grabs.
Ah, I am sorry to hear that your previous work was intellectually uninspiring. I know how painful that can be. I must ask though, would it be theoretically possible for your to produce topical medications in the corticosteroid family?
Lovely. Please do let me know what he says.
Our housing is largely made up of micro-homes and in some cases slightly larger family homes, but there is no communal housing, other than the Bed & Breakfast. I am staying in the home of one of the alderman, at the moment. He is staying with his sister. But the whole of Lundegaard has made my rehoming a priority, so it should not be long before things are back to normal. [...] And that must be frustrating, to spend time re-cataloging. I hope you were able to snag some things for yourself.
Honestly, it would be nice to compare experiences. I'd love to hear about your own research, I can only imagine watching the practical applications of it unfold in the most extreme scenario. And to answer your question...it would be very difficult. Corticosteroids are synthesized from cholestorol and require reagants and lab equipment that I don't have access to. What do you need it for, maybe we can find another way to approach the issue.
He's on board. We can have the first at the Distillery if you're good to come out that way. It'll be easier to discuss things if you can see what resources we're working with. And it's nice to be away from the communities sometimes, I haven't hosted anyone yet.
It's great to hear how Lundegaard pulls together for eachother. Do you need additional help? I'm assuming you lost quite a bit.
